All-inclusive resorts in Roatan: which ones, and what is actually included
Every Roatan resort that sells an all-inclusive stay, grouped by area, what the plans really cover, and when a dive package or a room-only stay is the better buy.

Which resorts in Roatan are all-inclusive?
In West Bay, Mayan Princess, Paradise Beach Hotel, Infinity Bay and Henry Morgan all sell all-inclusive stays with meals and drinks. Further east, Media Luna, east of French Harbour, and Turquoise Bay, on the quiet north-east shore, do the same, and a Margaritaville all-inclusive is due to open in fall 2027. Then there is a second kind: dive resorts such as Anthony's Key in Sandy Bay, Barefoot Cay in Brick Bay and CoCo View near French Harbour, whose packages cover your room, meals and often the diving, but not the bar.
Roatan's best-known luxury hotels, including the Kimpton Grand Roatan, Ibagari and Arca, are not all-inclusive, and neither is most of West End. The island is built for wandering out to eat, so an all-inclusive here is a choice about how you want your week to run rather than the default. Below, every option is grouped by where it is on the island.
West Bay
Mayan Princess
All-inclusive with drinks. Villas and studios with kitchens on West Bay Beach, set around a long lagoon pool and gardens, with the reef a swim from the sand. The all-inclusive comes in two tiers: Family covers the buffet and casual restaurant, and Premium adds dinner at the two specialty restaurants, San Simon and Calketts. Mayan Divers runs on site as a PADI Instructor Development dive resort, with dive packages that bundle the diving in. The Pirates Kids Club takes children aged 4 to 12, and airport and ferry transfers are included. Las Sirenas, sold as part of Mayan Princess, sits on the same stretch of beach.
What reviewers love: the beach and clear water, staff they mention by name, the buffet's theme nights, the lagoon pool, and the mojitos at Calketts.
Best for: families and couples who want West Bay Beach on the doorstep with meals and drinks taken care of.

Paradise Beach Hotel
All-inclusive with drinks. A beachfront hotel of around 80 rooms on West Bay, set up for families, with a kids' pool and playground. The plan covers à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Cayuco restaurant, with beach or garden dinners a few nights a week, plus domestic beer, house cocktails and house wine at dinner; selected international brands cost extra. Paradise Beach Divers is on site, with diving charged separately. The airport and ferry shuttle is free; contact the hotel a day ahead to book it.
What reviewers love: friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, the beach and reef diving, the breakfast buffet, and the shaded pool and beach bar.
Best for: families and couples who want a mid-sized, à la carte all-inclusive on West Bay.
Infinity Bay
All-inclusive as an option. A beachfront condo resort with suites from studios up to three bedrooms, all with kitchens, around big pools and grounds. Tour operators sell it all-inclusive, with the buffet, local drinks, the snack bar, beach dinners twice a week and transfers, and rates that include breakfast are also available, so you can choose. Its day passes are a separate, more limited product, so do not confuse the two when you compare prices.
What reviewers love: snorkeling straight from the beach, the pools and grounds, spacious units, the staff and the breakfast buffet. Ask exactly what the all-inclusive armband covers, and stay near the pier if you plan to use the water taxi.
Best for: families and groups who want a kitchen and more space, with all-inclusive as a choice.
Henry Morgan
All-inclusive with drinks. A big, lively resort of around 240 rooms on West Bay Beach, with a buffet restaurant, pools and nightly entertainment. It is a favorite with Honduran families and groups from the mainland, who come over on its own charter flights and mainland packages, so it has a busy, social, very Honduran vacation atmosphere, especially on long weekends and national holidays. Gula, its à la carte Italian restaurant on the beach, costs extra and is one of the better dinners in West Bay. Ask the resort exactly what its plan covers before you book.
What reviewers love: the beach, snorkeling from the shore, friendly waiters and bartenders, and the entertainment, from fire shows to karaoke and trivia.
Best for: families and groups who want a lively resort with plenty going on, and travelers coming over from mainland Honduras.
Sandy Bay
Anthony's Key Resort
Dive package, no open bar. An institution among divers, with around 56 rooms on the hillside and in over-water cabins reached by the resort's own water taxi, which runs around the clock. The package covers your room, three meals a day and airport transfers, with dive or snorkel packages added on. The hyperbaric chamber is here too.
What reviewers love: staff they mention by name, the food and the changing dinner menu, the dive operation, and the over-water cabins. Hillside rooms mean plenty of stairs.
Best for: divers who want a full-board week built around the boat.
Brick Bay and French Harbour
Barefoot Cay, Brick Bay
Dive package, no open bar. A small, quiet resort on its own cay, reached by a short boat ride. The Love to Dive package, for stays of five nights or more, covers meals at Azure, the resort's restaurant, including an afternoon snack, juice and iced tea and a soft drink with each meal, round-trip transfers, two boat dives a day and a night dive each week.
What reviewers love: the staff, the quiet setting, and Azure's homemade ice cream.
Best for: couples and divers who want somewhere small and peaceful, with one of the island's best restaurants on site.

CoCo View, near French Harbour
Dive package, no open bar. A dedicated dive resort with a famous house reef. Packages cover three meals a day, two boat trips a day and unlimited shore and night diving, with free transfers on stays of five nights or more. The bar is charged separately.
What reviewers love: the dive crews, round-the-clock diving on the house reef and the Prince Albert wreck, and a crowd of repeat guests who come back year after year. Book an over-water cabana if you can.
Best for: serious divers who want as many dives as possible in a week.
A note on Fantasy Island. The all-inclusive on its own cay off French Harbour was badly damaged by fire in March 2026, and at the time of writing it had not announced a reopening date. Some booking sites still list it, so check directly before you book.
East of French Harbour
Media Luna
All-inclusive with drinks. A low-rise resort of cabins and bungalows on a private cove at Caribe Point, about fifteen minutes east of French Harbour, renovated and part of Meliá's Affiliated by Meliá collection since January 2026. The all-inclusive is centered on a buffet restaurant, and Turquoise Divers operates on site.
What reviewers love: the friendly staff, the renovated grounds and spacious cabanas, the calm cove with snorkeling offshore, and how quiet it is. A rental car is useful out here.
Best for: people who want a quiet, spread-out resort well away from the West Bay crowds.
North-east shore
Turquoise Bay
All-inclusive, with a dive package. A small dive resort of 26 rooms on the quiet north-east coast. Stays are sold all-inclusive, with transfers, and the dive package adds three boat dives a day. Some of the food comes from the resort's own farm. Ask for one of the rooms near the bottom of the hill if stairs are a concern.
What reviewers love: attentive staff, the secluded setting and calm private beach, uncrowded reefs and diving where the crew handles your gear, and fresh food.
Best for: divers who want to do nothing but dive, eat and sleep for a week, well away from the busy west.
East End
Paya Bay
Meals included, no open bar. A small resort on a bluff above two secluded beaches on the East End, with nature trails and the reef offshore. Its all-inclusive covers three meals a day plus snacks; ask what else your package covers when you book. Paya Bay is partly clothing optional, so ask the resort if you have questions about this when booking your stay.
What reviewers love: the warm, family-run feel, quiet beaches you often have to yourself, the trails and yoga pavilion, and the snorkel trips.
Best for: couples and nature lovers who want to get away from it all.
Coming in 2027: Margaritaville
Margaritaville Island Reserve Resort Roatan broke ground in March 2025 on an 8.8-acre beachfront site at Turtling Bay, a short drive from the airport, and is scheduled to open in fall 2027, run by Karisma Hotels & Resorts. It will be all-inclusive and family-friendly, with 170 rooms including swim-up rooms, several pools, the Parakeets kids' club, a spa, a beach club with a covered stage for 800, and restaurants including Frank & Lola's Italian trattoria, JWB Steakhouse, Cheeseburger in Paradise and the region's first LandShark Brewery. It is not bookable yet, and opening dates for new resorts often move, so check the latest before you plan around it.
What does all-inclusive actually include in Roatan?
It varies more than the word suggests, so read each resort's own description of the plan. Meals are always included, but some resorts serve a buffet and others à la carte, and some tiers keep the specialty restaurants for an extra charge. Drinks range from house brands to premium spirits. Diving is extra on most beach all-inclusives but included in specific dive packages. Airport transfers are included at some and charged at others.
The Roatan Marine Park's $10 reef bracelet is a voluntary fee that dive shops often ask divers to pay. Some dive packages include it, so check yours.
Is an all-inclusive worth it in Roatan?
It depends on how you like to eat. An all-inclusive makes sense for families who want to stop thinking about meals, for groups splitting a bill, and for divers who want the boat, the meals and the bed in one price. It makes less sense if you want to try the island's food: some of Roatan's best meals are at independent kitchens in West End and West Bay, and an all-inclusive week means paying for meals you skip. If that sounds like you, a room-only stay on West Bay Beach, walking or taking the water taxi to dinner, is the alternative.
If you are staying on West Bay, check the cruise ship schedule, because the beach fills up while the ships are in.

Common questions about all-inclusive resorts in Roatan
What is the best all-inclusive resort in Roatan?
For a beach vacation, Mayan Princess on West Bay Beach, with villas on the sand, a lagoon pool, an on-site PADI dive resort and an all-inclusive sold in Family and Premium tiers. Paradise Beach Hotel is the à la carte alternative on the same beach. For divers, Turquoise Bay on the quiet north-east shore. For a full-board dive trip without an open bar, Anthony's Key, CoCo View or Barefoot Cay.
Are there adults-only all-inclusive resorts in Roatan?
Not among the main all-inclusives, which are set up for families; Mayan Princess, for example, runs a kids' club and Paradise Beach has a kids' pool. If you want a grown-up hotel, look instead at the island's small boutique properties, such as Arca and the Ibagari hotel, which take guests 12 and over but are not all-inclusive. Our guide to where to stay in Roatan covers them.
Which all-inclusive resort in Roatan is best for families?
Mayan Princess, on West Bay Beach, is the most family-focused: a kids' club for ages 4 to 12, villas with kitchens, a lagoon pool and the reef a swim from the sand. Paradise Beach Hotel has a kids' pool and playground, Infinity Bay suits families who want more space, with suites up to three bedrooms, and Henry Morgan is the liveliest. All four are on West Bay, close to the water taxi to West End. Margaritaville, due in fall 2027, will add another kids' club.
Is diving included at Roatan all-inclusive resorts?
Only if you book a dive package. Standard beach all-inclusive plans at Mayan Princess, Paradise Beach and Henry Morgan charge for diving separately, though Mayan Princess and Turquoise Bay sell packages that add boat diving. The dedicated dive resorts build the diving in: CoCo View includes boat trips plus unlimited shore and night diving, and Barefoot Cay includes two boat dives a day. None of these include alcohol. Check whether the Roatan Marine Park fee is included too.
Which all-inclusive resorts are in West Bay, Roatan?
Mayan Princess, with its Las Sirenas rooms, Paradise Beach Hotel, Infinity Bay and Henry Morgan. The Kimpton Grand Roatan and Arca, also on West Bay Beach, are not all-inclusive. Elsewhere on the island, Media Luna east of French Harbour and Turquoise Bay on the north-east shore are all-inclusive, and Margaritaville is due to open in fall 2027.
Is it cheaper to go all-inclusive in Roatan?
Not necessarily, and we do not quote nightly rates because they change with the season and the package. What an all-inclusive saves depends on how much you would eat and drink at the resort anyway, and on what the plan leaves out, which can include specialty restaurants, premium drinks, diving and transfers. If you plan to eat out in West End or West Bay most nights, a room-only stay is often better value. Compare the plan's inclusions, not just the headline price.
